When will my e-gift card arrive?
After you place your order, your gift card will be delivered within a few minutes. If you order your gift card to be sent on a specific date, it will arrive in your recipient's inbox between 4:00 am — 10:00 am on the date you request delivery.
How can I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards can be used at theaddisonwest.com and our Waitsfield flagship store, on any item in the store. So shop around, select the item you’re interested in, and use your gift card to pay for it. You can redeem the gift card during checkout when you are ready to place your order. Once you have redeemed the gift card it will add the credit to your current balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then another with the remaining balance.
Can I check my gift card balance?
You can check the balance of your e-gift card by clicking the link in the gift card delivery email.
Terms & Conditions
Promo codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. You may, however, use both a promo code and a gift card to purchase items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
