Furniture Delivery Options

Free Threshold Furniture Delivery

All furniture ships for free via freight or UPS/Fedex for smaller items. Standard free delivery is to the threshold of your residence. This means that the freight carrier will remove your item from their truck and bring it to the threshold of your residence. In the case of apartment buildings the carrier will deliver to the exterior ground floor. Freight carriers will not unpack or remove pallets. They will not bring furniture items into your residence. 

Many of our furniture and lighting products ship directly from our manufacturers. Once our partners have processed an order for shipment it cannot be cancelled. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to standard furniture items that are returned. Custom furniture and lighting orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

White Glove Delivery Upgrade

We offer a white glove delivery upgrade option on furniture. White glove delivery includes unpacking your item, bringing it into the room of your choice, assembly as needed. White glove delivery does not include lighting installation. White glove delivery is $250 per item. For larger shipments with multiple items we are able to provide a consolidated quote for white glove delivery of the full shipment.
