Meet Mo, Our Founder
Mo, the visionary behind Addison West, launched this dream on her 50th birthday after a successful 20+ year career as a tech marketing executive. Driven by a passion for design and a desire to create meaningful spaces, Mo has spent years redesigning and renovating bathrooms, kitchens, condos, and homes. Her journey taught her the importance of finding joy and comfort in the spaces we inhabit and the items we cherish.
Living in Vermont with her husband, two teenage sons, and their dog, Bacon, Mo understands the magic of a home that feels just right. She believes in the power of a welcoming rug, a surprising detail, or the perfect gift to transform a space and bring happiness to those who live there. Addison West is Mo's way of connecting people with the spaces and things they love, creating homes that are both timeless and fresh.
Bibi
Lead Designer
If you visit our Waitsfield location, you'll often see Bibi holding down the proverbial fort. Between greeting everyone with her warmest of smiles, Bibi leads our interior design. Bibi moved to the United States from Brazil 10 years ago, and now makes Waitsfield, Vermont home with her very high maintenance wonderful little rescue dog named Sam. Don’t tell anyone, but she also happens to be a very talented singer.
Anna
General Manager, Waitsfield Store
Anna enthusiastically describes this as her dream job. In fact, retail is in her blood. Anna’s great, great-grandfather started Wyckoff’s Department Store, back when they were the only place around to get anything from panty hose to Ponds cream in PA. As a toddler, Anna loved ringing the bell at her parents’ Home and Hardware Emporium. Fun fact: Anna's Chesapeake Bay Retriever is named 'Addison.' Coincidence? Fate? Kismet?

Brand & Digital Director
Elisabeth brings her creative vision to Addison West as our Brand and Digital Director. With a background as a professional photographer turned brand strategist, she crafts thoughtful design and engaging narratives that bring our story to life. She shares her life with Linus, her rescue dog, who’s always ready for the next adventure—as long as it takes place under a warm blanket on the couch.
