Our Returns Policy

We’re so glad you chose Addison West, and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s okay! Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please find the details for each type of return below. Returns Policy By Product

General Returns

Policy:

  • 14-day return window after receiving your item.
  • Notify us immediately for furniture, rugs, and lighting returns. See details for each product type below.
  • Restocking fee of 20% for furniture, lighting, and rugs.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase.
Furniture, Lighting, And Rugs

Policy:

  • Many of our furniture, lighting, and rugs ship directly from our manufacturers. Once our partners have processed an order for shipment it cannot be cancelled.
  • 20% restocking fee for online and in-store purchases.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Process:

Submit a request for a return authorization below. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care goods, and gift cards are final sale.
  • Clothing, apparel and accessories are all final sale.
  • Sale items and items purchased at a discounted are all final sale.
Damages and Issues

Inspection:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Documentation:

  • Provide photographs of damaged packaging and items.
  • Note damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) for furniture, rugs, and lighting.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to get my refund?

In Store Returns: For in store returns we refund immediately back to the original form of payment. Please note that orders paid by check can take up to 14 days for a refund check to be issued.

Online Returns: For online returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method once your return is received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Make sure your item is in un-used condition and package it back up in the box that it came in.

Mail It Back

Once you've received your return authorization mail the item back to us via the carrier of your choice.
